SGD $1648?! SIAO AH? I think someone really needs help if they’re planning to get this.
To be perfectly honest, I really wanted to get my hands on the new iPhone X to replace my current iPhone 6. However, there’s really nothing particularly revolutionary with this new iteration to justify spending so much money. Facial ID and wireless charging technology has been around since pretty much forever and I doubt I will be playing around too much with the new Animoji outside of the first 3 days of getting my hands on the device.
For the more well to do ones, iPhone X will be available in Singapore for preorder starting from 27 October 2017 at 15:01 PM and officially released on 3 November 2017 but we all know how that will turn out. So better get your preorders in asap.
Alternatively, while unlikely to be any better, you can wait and see what the telcos come up with to try to lock in consumers for the next 24 months before the entry of the nation’s 4th telco, TPG Telecom in 2018.
